Visa Universe Travel Inc. makes every effort to provide you with accurate information and to obtain the visa or visas you require for your trip, for the dates requested, in a timely manner. However, when Visa Universe returns your passport and documents, it is important that you verify that all the visas you require for your trip have been obtained, that the visas for each country you intend to visit are valid for the dates of your visit, and that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the completion of your trip. Please note that Visa Universe cannot guarantee or warrant that it will be able to obtain your requested visa or visas or obtain such visa(s) by the date you request. Visa are subject to government changes without notice so we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. Visa request(s) authorize Visa Universe to act and perform as the agent in the procurement of the visa(s) without liability.

The issuance of a visa or passport is entirely at the discretion of the issuing authority, and each country's immigration officials make the final entry decision even when valid visas are held. Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased until all necessary visas and passports for your travel are secured. Visa Universe. shall not be responsible for loss or damage to passports nor for delays in issuance of replacement visas due to circumstances or causes beyond its control, nor does it assume any responsibility whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to any person or property which shall arise due to causes beyond its control and not occasioned by its fault nor due to any act of negligence of any other party, war, strike, civil turmoil, riots, fire, acts of any government agency thereof, failure of transportation communication, or acts of God.

At under circumstances, Visa Universes total liability to you for any all claims, causes of action, liabilities and damages of any kind shall not, in any circumstance or for any reason, exceed the lesser of the fees actually paid by you to Visa Universe.

By sending applications to Visa Universe for processing, the applicant expressly acknowledges that the decision to grant or deny the application for a visa is a decision of the country to which the application is made, and as such is outside the control of Visa Universe, Visa Universe, disclaims any liability for losses, damages, forfeitures of deposit or expenses, damages of any kind whatsoever incurred by the applicant in the event the visa applied for is denied or not obtained within a stated time period. The granting of any visa is subject to terms and conditions stated herein. Applicant acknowledges that the responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in the visa applications is solely that of the applicant and Visa Universe, disclaims any responsibility therefore. Service and shipping fees will be charged once processing is started, even if the visa request is denied by the embassy or its official representative or canceled by the client or higher authority. Embassy consular fees may be refunded in whole or in part depending on the policy of the applicable country.

As the granting, or the denial of visa(s) is entirely up to the discretion of the issuing Embassy or Consulate we do not guarantee approval. In the case of a cancellation, a fee of $35 will be charged unless the Visa was already processed by the embassy, in which case the fees are non-refundable. We do not assume liability for delayed, lost, or stolen Visas and or passports.
